Your Empire is buyers agent and renovation company. We search and negotiate homes and investments for time-‐poor professionals and can renovate and manage them if required. Many properties sell for 5-‐10% over reserve a auction so we specialise in buying properties before they come on the market or in the first few days of campaign and so our clients get better properties for cheaper price.
Lots of first time renovators discover it often takes twice as long and costs twice as much as they originally estimate. So our builders guarantee that every renovation is ‘On Time and On Budget’, no matter how big or small. Your Empire’s Chris Gray started investing a 22 and was able to semi-‐retire a the age of 31. He has written book called ‘The Effortless Empire’ which explains how you can use your high income to create more passive wealth to point where you could even completely replace your current income. Chris is also the host of ‘Your Property Empire’ on Sky News Business Channel, live every Friday a 6.30pm.

The Your Empire team are passionate about sharing their knowledge and helping time-‐poor professionals to build wealth from property. We like to help our clients make an informed choice, noting the pros and cons of each potential investment strategy.
