How to register for Season 2015

Registration is online at www.myfootballclub.com.au

1. Select “Register Now”
2. Select “Player Registration” (bottom left of screen)
3. You will be given three options:
• I know my FFA number and I am ready to proceed to a login screen to retrieve my password and or complete my registration.
• I have been registered as a player/referee/coach/volunteer before but need to find my FFA number prior to completing my registration.
• I have never been registered before and would like to create an FFA account to commence the registration
Select the option from the list that best describes your situation and follow online instructions. Once you know your FFA number and have logged in continue with step 4 below.
If you can’t find your FFA number- Contact FFA Support and they will assist you to locate your number, retrieve your password and log into the system. PH: 8020 4199
If your email address does not match the data in MyFootballClub – Contact FFA support to update your email and log into the system. PH: 8020 4199
4. When you log in for the first time, click “Make a Registration” or “Register”.
5. Check that your contact details are correct. Upload a photo to be used on your player’s registration card. It must be a passport photo size and subject to Club final approval at activation stage. Click “Next” at the bottom of screen
6. Type in our Club name which is Dunbar Rovers FC (Note for women – do not select Dunbar Rovers Womens, this is a different club to ours!)
7. Under Select Role: choose “Player”.
8. Select Registration Package
If you intend to pay online by credit card, please ensure you select the correct package that has the 2% charge included. These packages are named ‘Credit Card “Package name”’
To be eligible for the age 25 and under fees, this is your age at the date of your registration
To be eligible for the senior student package, you must be doing 18 credits a year and we will need to see you student card as proof before your registration is approved
9. Click “Add Packages” then Click Next
10. Read and acknowledge all Terms and Conditions and Click Next.
11. Payment Options Screen- You will be given the option to ‘Pay Online’ or ‘Invoice Me’.
• Pay Online – If you pay online immediately, enter your credit card details and pay. If you take this option and pay by credit card there will be a 2% charge added onto your fee.
• Manual Payment at Club – If you choose to pay by direct debit, click on “Manaul Payment at Club” and you will be sent an invoice via email. You will then transfer the money via Online Banking and send remittance info to John Sweeney at registrations@dunbarrovers.com

Your online registration process is now complete and awaiting Club final approval to activate your registration
YOU WILL NOT BE REGISTERED UNTIL WE RECEIVE PAYMENT INTO THE DUNBAR ACCOUNT
12. Answer extra questions and click Next
13. This finishes your online registration and once payment has been received your registration will be approved.
