Maccabi A #O45 vs The Gentlemen of Dunbar #GODs – the day the wheels came off

We threw everything but the kitchen sink at Maccabi yesterday but they ran out 2-1 winners, finishing four points and two goals ahead of us in the final table, not that I've looked at it today. The exertions of playing three games in the past week showed a bit in the O45 legs yesterday but we were still well worth the three points. Ladies ‪#‎Championship‬ complete perfect season! ‪#‎AAW1‬ 3 – 0 UNSW Sponsored by Cambridge Hotel Sydney ‪#‎SchillersSpiel‬

Google tells me perfect seasons are pretty rare things. A few NFL teams have done it (pfft. Not a real sport. There’s more chest beating than there is action). Several NRL teams (who cares?). And Arsenal in 2003-04 (well, yeah, OK. They were pretty good). But now we can add the Dunbar AAW1s to that illustrious list, ... More
