Player of the Week 2 – Kevin Jumel AA6
The second player of the week is AA6 striker Kevin Jumel, who rejoined the club in May after taking a break to return to Europe.
Frenchman Kevin joined the club in 2013 and was top scorer and players player of the year in a struggling AA6 side that finished 8th. Kevin stepped up to AA2 in 2014 and scored some useful goals as the team won the double.
In Kevin’s first few games back with the club he struggled to make an impact as had hardly played for 9 months, but confidence grew after scoring a crucial goal in the top of the table clash with Coogee A. He backed this up with a hattrick in a 6-2 win vs Waverley Old Boys last time out.
